Manufacturing and Production​

In production we will typically be looking for efficiency, productivity improvement. You might have implemented lean or looked at automation and process optimization to reduce time or waste. Or maybe not! Regardless, we continuously need to improve.​

With an offset in the overall business goals, I view the production development opportunities from following main areas:​

• Operational Efficiency or maximizing productivity to achieve the best possible output with the least input. We are evaluating if we are using human resources, materials, and technology effectively. Looking at the processes and procedures as well as standardization.​
• Cost, We focus on lowering operational expenses without compromising quality or performance. To enhance supply chain resilience, we strategically manage inventory levels to ensure flexibility and agility while minimizing risk. Additionally, we secure a supplier portfolio that provides a competitive advantage in cost, quality, and lead time.​
• Technology – automation, data analytics, and digital tools to enhance efficiency.​
• Organization and Workforce Quality, Compliance and Sustainability ​
