As an SVP I have extensive leadership experience from FLSmidth, one of the world’s leading engineering companies within the Cement and Mining industry.

With a professional history in manufacturing and an educational background in Engineering and Management, I have focused on Supply Chain, Project Management and Operations. My leadership journey includes accelerating business potential, building high-performance teams, change management and ensuring operational excellence.

During my career I have led several transformation programs focusing on increasing competitiveness, improving processes and procedures as well as driving standardization, digitalization and sustainability, managing risk and contractual fulfilment. Also, I have been overall responsible for all aspects within the Supply Chain, from identifying and developing the suppliers, building partnerships, contract negotiation, quality, compliance and logistics. I have developed manufacturing facilities in several countries like Poland, China, India, Italy etc. and managed production on several continents.

My background in production and engineering provides me with an extensive perspective to understand the technical aspects of a product portfolio. These expertise’s have supported me in building relations with customers and suppliers, ensuring business improvements.

Extensive travel and living abroad in Poland, China and India have shaped my global mindset and embracive cultural understanding, enabling me to lead global organizations and work cross-functionally
in international settings. These qualities also empower me to build strong relations and successfully negotiate with customers, suppliers and partners worldwide.
I believe I’m well recognized for my leadership skills, my passion for people and my ability to drive organizational as well as business performances.
